DAnkk is an acronymistic name built from the Revels family: Dalaneo, Amanda, Nico, Kamari, Kahlil. We are a family-led culinary business grounded in love, culture, and care, committed to serving others through delicious, accommodating, and allergy-friendly meals.
Together, we bring over 30 years of combined experience in culinary production, catering, entrepreneurship, and culinary education—blending skill, heart, and heritage into everything we do.
Founded in 2020 at the crossroads of passion and service, DAnkk Culinary Group began with a simple goal: to use our culinary gifts to feed our community with love and intention.
What started as preparing meals for unhoused neighbors quickly expanded into catering for local community colleges and building partnerships with nonprofits.
By 2025, we’ve grown into a full-scale operation—offering daily school meal production, co-packing support for emerging food brands, and culturally responsive kitchen solutions.
Through every stage of our journey, one thing has never changed: we treat every plate and product like it’s going to our own family table. That means thoughtful sourcing, inclusive menus, respect for culture, and a commitment to service that extends far beyond the kitchen.
